If the package(s) arrived at your local post office and you didn't pick up it timely and caused a sending-back, the losses will be bear by the receiver.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please get in touch with our support team with next steps in 7 days after receiving the package. Please offer an unboxing video to prove the damage if needed.
7.Self-pickup
7.1 Leave your pickup request and your local FedEx/UPS station address when you purchase your item, please send us a message on the shopping cart, online customer service, or by email.
7.2 You can pick up the goods at FedEx (UPS) location, but you need to follow the Tracking Status, pay attention to the status of the goods and contact FedEx/UPS station to arrange pickup.
7.3 It is best to pick up the package at the FedEx (UPS) station within 3 days when its arrival. If the package was not picked up on time and was returned, then you will need to bear the return shipping and re-shelving fees totaling $99.

30-Day Returns & 12-Month Warranty Returns Policy We have many years of good factory reputation and quality assurance. We promise that all SUFFLA metal detectors can provide one year of free maintenance service. (Note: If the buyer needs repairs, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping fee,Subject to actual expenses incurred ) If you buy SUFFLA metal detectors, they will not be returned after placing an order, unless it is the quality of the product.
Because the unit metal detector price is higher than other products, our store strongly recommends that you express delivery face-to-face acceptance and we do not support unreasonable returns and exchanges, and we support a 1-year warranty for quality problems after receipt.
If the outer packaging is found to be damaged, please reject it immediately. We suggest you to immediately contact the freight terminal for further instructions, or call the shipping company’s customer service center for help. there is no product quality problem by default when you receive it.
If you find that the metal detector is damaged or the product is not your purchase or the metal detector can not work well, please take a photo or make a video and contact our customer service within 3 days. If we cover the return costs, you will then receive a return label from our support team. You will receive an email from us as soon as your return shipment has been received and processed. Once your return request has been approved, we will send our return address to you. Please note we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
Refund Policy For orders that have not been confirmed after payment, if you apply to cancel the order and request a refund within 12 hours after payment, a full refund can be made within 5 days. A:For this machine, the detection depth >18cm for a US quarter coin(it's industry standard). At the same time, it's detection depth was affected by many factors. Generally speaking, it mainly depends on the size of metal targets detected, the larger the metal targets to be detected, the deeper you can detect.Also, other factors such as the angle of target buried in the soil, the depth of the target, the level of oxidization of the target, electro-magnetic and electrical interference surrounding the target, etc. also affect the detection depth. Returns Policy
We have many years of good factory reputation and quality assurance. We promise that all SUFFLA metal detectors can provide one year of free maintenance service. (Note: If the buyer needs repairs, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping fee,Subject to actual expenses incurred ) If you buy SUFFLA metal detectors, they will not be returned after placing an order, unless it is the quality of the product.
Because the unit metal detector price is higher than other products, our store strongly recommends that you express delivery face-to-face acceptance and we do not support unreasonable returns and exchanges, and we support a 1-year warranty for quality problems after receipt.
If the outer packaging is found to be damaged, please reject it immediately. We suggest you to immediately contact the freight terminal for further instructions, or call the shipping company’s customer service center for help. there is no product quality problem by default when you receive it.
If you find that the metal detector is damaged or the product is not your purchase or the metal detector can not work well, please take a photo or make a video and contact our customer service within 3 days. We will verify and give a reasonable solution based on your feedback as soon as possible.And we will bear the cost of shipping back.
If you want to return goods, you can submit a request to our customer service by sending an email to support@suffla.com. Please also include your order number, name, and return reason. If we cover the return costs, you will then receive a return label from our support team. You will receive an email from us as soon as your return shipment has been received and processed. Once your return request has been approved, we will send our return address to you. Please note we do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
Refund Policy
For orders that have not been confirmed after payment, if you apply to cancel the order and request a refund within 12 hours after payment, a full refund can be made within 5 days. For orders that have been paid for more than 12 hours， if you request to cancel the order and request a refund, a 20% handling fee will be deducted.
For orders the packages have been opened， we do not accept returns of opened items.
For returned goods：Returns and Refunds can take up to 1-4 weeks but typically are resolved much sooner. Once we receive your items, we will notify you if your request has been approved or denied.
If you are approved for a refund, your refund will then be processed through your original payment method within 5-10 days.
In an order for the packages to passage, buyers have to bear the shipping costs themselves.

3.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE'S TRACKING INFORMAION HASN'T BEEN UPDATED FOR A FEW DAYS NOW?
Information may not be updated before the package arrives at the logistics facility.
There are a few reasons why the tracking information for your package hasn't been updated for a while:
（1） The package might still be en route from one facility to another.This can happen during periods when high amounts of traffic occur (such as holidays) when there are extreme weather conditions or some part of the delivery chain is holding a strike, etc.

（2）Your package is being delayed at customs.If your tracking information shows that the package has entered your country, but doesn't provide any additional information after that, your package could just be delayed at customs. Please wait up to 48 hours and if there is no new information displayed after that, contact your country's customs office or our support team at support@suffla.com and we will submit an enquiry with the delivery courier.
（3） Your destination doesn't have a tracking system in place.Some smaller or rural post offices don't have a tracking system available or don't input the data on the packages they handle or receive. if you think this might apply to your package, please wait between 3 - 5 days before checking again.
