Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation. If delivery time exceeds 60 days after the order date, we will either resend the item at no charge to you, or provide you a full refund with a written request.
4.7 Delivery Failed
If the package(s) arrived at your local post office and you didn't pick up it timely and caused a sending-back, the losses will be bear by the receiver.
5. Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, please get in touch with our support team with next steps in 7 days after receiving the package. Please offer an unboxing video to prove the damage if needed.
7.Self-pickup
7.1 Leave your pickup request and your local FedEx/UPS station address when you purchase your item, please send us a message on the shopping cart, online customer service, or by email.
7.2 You can pick up the goods at FedEx (UPS) location, but you need to follow the Tracking Status, pay attention to the status of the goods and contact FedEx/UPS station to arrange pickup.
7.3 It is best to pick up the package at the FedEx (UPS) station within 3 days when its arrival. If the package was not picked up on time and was returned, then you will need to bear the return shipping and re-shelving fees totaling $99.

We promise that all SUFFLA metal detectors can provide one year of free maintenance service. (Note: If the buyer needs repairs, the buyer needs to bear the return shipping fee,Subject to actual expenses incurred ) If you buy SUFFLA metal detectors, they will not be returned after placing an order, unless it is the quality of the product.
Because the unit metal detector price is higher than other products, our store strongly recommends that you express delivery face-to-face acceptance and we do not support unreasonable returns and exchanges, and we support a 1-year warranty for quality problems after receipt.
If the outer packaging is found to be damaged, please reject it immediately. We suggest you to immediately contact the freight terminal for further instructions, or call the shipping company’s customer service center for help. there is no product quality problem by default when you receive it.

3.WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE'S TRACKING INFORMAION HASN'T BEEN UPDATED FOR A FEW DAYS NOW?

There are a few reasons why the tracking information for your package hasn't been updated for a while:

(3) Your destination doesn't have a tracking system in place.Some smaller or rural post offices don't have a tracking system available or don't input the data on the packages they handle or receive. if you think this might apply to your package, please wait between 3 - 5 days before checking again.
